BAKING, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS & BIRTHDAY'S

If there is one thing the twins love to do is help mommy, especially when it comes to baking yummy goodies. It is probably the only time I can take them away from doing other fun things. Their favorite thing to bake is muffins and their next favorite thing to do is eat them all!

We now have a new yearly tradition. Last weekend we took the girl's down to Riverside park to check out all the beautiful Christmas lights and displays they had. The park also had the Merry-go-round going for free. I have never experienced so many beautiful lights in one place and to ride a Merry-go-round in the middle of December was amazing! Something we'll be doing every year!!

Our good friend Elizabeth recently celebrated her 4th birthday which we were so happy to be a part of. The girl's have not stopped talking about it at all especially about the fact that they got to go right into a chicken coup and pick out an egg for their baskets they had made.

Christmas is coming very quickly this year it seems as if I have blinked, and it's now only a few days away. This year I want Santa to bring me something to keep the germs away from the girl's. In the last 2 months the girl's have been sick twice. Olivia is VERY sick right now. It came on a few days ago and seems to be getting worse by the day. Avery has now started sneezing quite a bit so I'm sure the germs have infected her too. I only hope this doesn't last for Christmas I would hate for the girl's to miss out on all the fun things I have planned for them over the holidays like they did last year.

It was so nice to see the girls at Elizabeth's party. I am glad to hear they had fun. I hope they didn't get their colds at her birthday.
Hopefully they will be over their colds before Santa comes. This is the first year Elizabeth was not in the ER on her birthday. I think finally at 4 she is getting healthier, I also am giving her Vit C which I think is really helping to keep her healthy.

The girls look so cute as little bakers! I hope that Olivia is feeling better and that her illness didn't go through the house.

Tori loves to make muffins, too and everyone in the house likes to eat them all up...lol.
I hope the girls are better before Christmas. This time of year is always bad for germs. My girls have also been sick twice in the past little while.
